We sit a lot: while working at home, during meetings, behind the computer, chatting with friends, even shopping - a lot of things are done on line at the moment. Time to get out and go for a walk!

Walking is an easy way to take care of your self. Did you know that going for a stroll has positive effects on your body and mind: it is good for your physical immunity strengthens bones and muscles keeps your heart healthy makes you happy removes any stress feelings you might experience and gets rid of belly fat

To get the most effect on your body and mind you walk 30 minutes. Daily. And preferably in nature. For all of you who: work at home, have stressed shoulders, are parents of young kids and/or teenagers, lonely singles, partners of home workers. For everybody: make time, get out and walk!

How to make time? You would love to go out, that is important and you know it. But ....you are too busy. Recognize that? You need to schedule half an hour in your (home) work day, make an appointment with yourself and experiences that you don't lose time. You gain time and relaxation if you go for that walk every day.
